The Massachusetts Division of Apprenticeship Standards Visits Tegra Medical

We had the pleasure of welcoming Rick Daniels, Patrick Gae, Laura Lee, and Joan Glines from the Massachusetts Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS) pictured here with Ken Nadeau, Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and Benjamin Stölzel, General Manager of the Tegra Medical headquarters in Franklin, MA.

“Tegra Medical is partnering with DAS to further strengthen our apprentice program and will soon launch a customized state certified program for the MedTech industry,” said Benjamin Stölzel, General Manager of the Tegra Medical, Franklin facility.

Tegra Medical’s apprenticeship program provides students and job-seekers with on-the-job paid work experience which enables them to develop valuable technical skills and identify career pathways that benefit both the employee and the company.

Benjamin added, “Through customized training, our apprentices enhance their skills working directly with our equipment, enabling them to become very efficient in supporting the manufacturing facility as they advance their career with the company.”
