Looking to interview for a position at Tegra Medical? We strive to find more dedicated and passionate employees who share our values. Below are steps for applying for jobs through our employment database and what to expect for your interview process.

Getting Started

Found the job you want to apply for and ready to send in your resume? Follow the steps below.

  1. Create a profile on our jobs portal with your contact information. Your information will be entered into our database, then apply for the job.
  2. A resume and an application is required for every role. 
  3. Your application will include general questions about your interest in the position and job-specific details that will help us evaluate your qualifications. Please complete the application in full. Missing information could delay review of your application and cause you to miss out on the opportunity.
  4. You should receive a confirmation email once you have applied. 

Phone Screens

  • Our recruiting team reviews applications and selects candidates for an initial phone screen.
  • We’ll offer you a selection of time slots for the phone screen, which takes about 30 minutes. 
  • Phone screens allow you to learn about the job and discuss your work background. 

Manager Interviews

  • Top candidates from our phone screen process will be asked to interview with our hiring team.
  • Interviews most often take place in person at our location.
  • The number of interviews and the time to fill the role vary by position.

Offer Process

If you are the selected candidate, you will receive a verbal offer from the hiring manager, followed by a formal offer letter from HR via email.

Pre-Employment Testing

Each job requires some level of pre-employment testing. Job offers are conditional upon the passing of these requirements. 

Pre-employment job checks include:

  • Criminal background check: all positions
  • Drug testing: all positions
  • Motor vehicle report: position-specific

Phone Interview Tips

Phone interviews are often the first step in the hiring process. Treat them as seriously as an in-person interview. Find a quiet space and ensure your surroundings are free from distractions. Keep your resume, the job description, and any notes handy.

What to Include on Your Resume

Summarize your work experience in a resume and include dates and positions held. Make sure you also list education, training, skills, and certifications, if they are relevant to the target job.

Your Email Address Matters

If your personal email address is not professional, create a new one for your job search with the many free email providers out there. 

Dress for Success

Research the company culture and match your attire to the organization’s style—lean toward business casual or professional. You first impression matters!
