Sean Mikus

Sean has served as General Manager of Tegra Medical’s Costa Rica facility since 2010, overseeing its growth into a key location for supporting local and global OEM customers. With a background in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Sean brings over 25 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, operations, and leadership. Under his guidance, the Costa Rica facility has expanded its capabilities, workforce, and customer base while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
