She has held a range of global and Asia regional leadership positions throughout her career, with responsibility for commercial strategy, business development, and market expansion. She is recognized for driving sustainable growth, forging strategic partnerships, and building high-performing organizations across diverse industries and international markets. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and has completed executive education programs at the National University of Singapore and INSEAD.
