Director of Program Management

Joe was appointed Director of Program Management in 2024 after joining Tegra Medical as a Process Development Engineer in 2021. Prior to Tegra Medical, he held engineering roles at Jabil Healthcare, where he led cross-functional projects supporting the development, validation, and commercialization of medical device manufacturing processes. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating summa cum laude, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
