Garrett was appointed Director of Manufacturing in 2026 following leadership roles as Engineering Manager, Business Unit Leader, and Manufacturing Engineer at Tegra Medical’s Hernando, Mississippi, facility. Since joining the company in 2017, he has played a key role in expanding manufacturing capabilities and driving operational excellence. Garrett brings extensive experience in engineering, continuous improvement, and medical device manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
