More than likely, whatever manufacturing challenge you’re dealing with, we’ve seen it before.  Custom medical device process engineering is our specialty. We offer a broad base of experience with many different products and manufacturing processes.

The best time to take cost out of a product is during the design stages. We can assist you in quickly assessing different approaches and settle on the best solution to meet your project needs. And when the design is frozen and ready for production, we can assist with the qualifications and validations as appropriate for your particular requirements. We use SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MiniTab and Microsoft Project to support your programs and have a machine shop with dedicated machinists and laser technicians that makes even our largest customers envious!

Design for Manufacturability and Assembly

Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) helps improve the manufacturability of your design through product simplification. Together, we can explore alternatives in processes and materials, and immediately see the cost impact. With DFMA we can help you reduce costs, increase quality, and shorten development cycles of your medical devices.

Project Management

Our experienced project managers provide a single point of contact for your team to move through design iterations smoothly and efficiently.
