We can work with whatever materials you need for your medical device. Some of the materials we work with include: stainless steel, Nitinol, cobalt chrome MP35N, titanium, clad materials (two or more alloys drawn together), precious metals; as well as polymers such as Radel and PEEK-OPTIMA®¹.

In 2008, Tegra established the GENESIS Tech Center® (GTC) to help customers reduce time to market by condensing product development cycles and incorporating design for manufacturability and assembly early. Through a dedicated team of process development engineers, skilled technicians and a comprehensive prototyping shop, the GTC team is well equipped to find solutions for your process development, manufacturing, assembly, and packaging challenges.
